Trevor Compton, LMT
Trevor was born in New Orleans and raised in Baton Rouge. In 2011 he graduated as an LMT from Moore Career College, and has also been trained in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Approach. Trevor is extremely talented in his profession, is always seeking for more ways to help others, and has a highly-intuitive gift for trigger point release and manual skills that reach any level of tissue. He also loves to joke, keeping things on a light yet aware level as he connects to others.
He specializes in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massages.
Clients who book a 60-minute session with Trevor often ask during the session if it’s possible to extend to 90 minutes, and regardless, book a follow-up massage on the way out the door! He is that good!
Fun Fact: Trevor is on a path to nursing school but plans to keep hours a a massage therapist throughout his career.
