Ellen Bourgeois, Office Manager
Ellen hails from Lafayette, LA, but Baton Rouge has been home since attending LSU to achieve a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Sociology.
As the Office Manager at Brown Rogers Physical Therapy and Wellness, Ellen navigates her day by being considerate of every situation. This along with her organizational skills and a natural aptitude for customer service are part of what makes Ellen a trustworthy and well-respected leader on the Brown Rogers Therapy team.
Ellen states:
“I believe you must always look at both sides of a situation to get each person’s perspective. Everyone has a story to tell. With others and myself, I find the balance between work and personal life, the ability to juggle both is where people are happiest. I do see how my psychology background has helped me guide situations in the workforce.”
What keeps you busy outside of work?
“I have 2 children – Elise is a senior at SJA and John Bradley is in 6th grade at The Brighton School. I am very involved at The Brighton School and have been BPO President for 3 years.”
What is a favorite downtime task?
“I love decorating, for parties and holidays especially!”
